Returns Policy
1. All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of digital products, all purchases of Online Love Locks are non-refundable once an order has been placed and the love lock has been created.
2. Exceptions for Refunds
Refunds may be considered in the following situations:
- Duplicate Orders – If a customer accidentally places multiple orders for the same love lock, we will refund the duplicate purchase.
- Technical Issues – If there is a system error that prevents the love lock from being created or delivered as intended.
- Unauthorized Transactions – If a purchase was made fraudulently, we will investigate and issue a refund if necessary.
3. Modifications After Purchase
If a customer makes a mistake (e.g., misspelled names or messages), we may allow limited edits within a short timeframe after purchase. However, changes after the love lock has been sent may not be possible.
